The steamer ANGLO SAXON, was launched at Port Dalhousie on Thursday, April 7th.

ANGLO SAXON, built St. Catharines, 1864, about 200 tons. 134 x 26 x 11. DISPPENSATION -- Built as schooner; ran as a steamer briefly.

      Schooner ANGLO SAXON. C 80773. Of 314 tons. Built Port Dalhousie 1864 by Donaldson & Andrews. 136.0 X 23.8 X 11.7. Sold foreign 1873, later back to Canada renumbered C 71213.
