LAUNCH - The schooner SON AND HEIR, was successfully launched on the 23rd. at Oakville. Strongly built by Mr. Simpson for J.W. Worts. She is of 309.5 tons (carpenter measure) 115 feet length, 23 feet beam and 9 feet depth and will be commanded by Capt. Malcolmson.
