SCHOONER LAUNCHED:-- D.M. O'Conner, on Friday last, a new fore-and-aft schooner of about 400 tons burthen. She is to be named the EUROPA. E.K. Bruce is the owner, and value ger, we believe, at $18,000.

NOTE:-- no vessel by the name of EUROPA to fit the above launching could be found, name possibly MAZEPPA.

The MAZEPPA of 391 tons. Built by D. O'Connor at Buffalo in 1857 and owned by Wm. O. Brown, Vlaued at $10,600. Classed as A 2. REMARKS -- Rather flat.
