LAUNCHING OF STR. JAMES B. WOOD.
Cleveland, Dec. 21.-- According to the arrangements made by J.C. Gilchrist of the Gilchrist Transportation Company, the launching of the new steamer JAMES B. WOOD at Bay City next saturday, will be witnessed by a party of guests who will go from this city. Included in the prty will be Miss Martha Wood, daughter of the man in whose honor the boat is named, who will break the bottle as the new craft slides off the ways. The launching party will leave this city Friday at 10:35 A. M. on the Lake Shore, returning either Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning.
