SCHOONER " JOSIE BURNS" FOR SALE.
      The District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Michigan. In Admirarlty.
      By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, to be directed and delivered, issue out of and
      under seal of said court, notice is herby given that I will sell at public auction, to the
      highest bidder for cash, at the Bridge crossing Alpena River on Second Street, in the
      City of Alpena, Michigan, on Monday, the third day of February, A. D. 1879 at 12 o'clock
      noon of said day, the schooner JOSIE BURNS, her boats, tackle, apparel and furniture.
      Ordered sold pendente lite at the suite of William Thomas and another intervening
      Salmon S. Mathews, U. S. Marshal.
