      The following telegraph dispatch was yesterday received by the Board of Lake Underwriters.-
      Kingston, July 29, 1863.
The propeller MICHIGAN grounded on Charity Shoals this morning. Cargo iron. Tugs and lighters going to her, - not leaking.
