AUSTRALIA Schooner, struck by lightning on Lake Erie. Property loss $500
      Buffalo Democracy

The schooner AUSTRALIA was struck by lightning soon after leaving Toledo, a
few days ago, doing considerable damage to the mainmast and ripping up her deck
She is now in Cleveland harbor, undergoing repairs.
