Schooner J.F. TRACY, lost her foremast in a squall off Point Aux Barques, Lake Huron.
      Buffalo Commercial Advertiser
      Wednesday, January 20, 1864

      DISABLED. - The schooner J.F. TRACY, bound for Saginaw, while off Point Aux Barques on Saturday, was struck by a heavy squall which carried away her fore-mast head and maintopmast. She returned to this port for reapirs, arriving her Sunday afternoon. - Detroit Free Press.
