Launch. - James A. Baker, Esq., will launch a fine clipper schooner from his Marine Railway to-morrow at 11 o'clock, A.M., precisely. She has been registered by the Underwriters Association an A.1. star vessel - the highest register ever given to an Oswego built vessel - and very appropriately carries a star at the top-mast and on her signal. Immediately after launching she will be taken in tow by one of Mr. Dobbie's tugs, for a short trip on the lake.
