Presentation. - On the Fourth, Mr. James A. Baker, proprietor of the ship yard and Marine Railway, presented his Foreman, James Navagh, with an elegant gold watch and chain worth $200. This presentation was deserved by the recipient on account of his undoubted skill and efficiency as a workman; while it reflects great credit upon the donor for his liberality and enterprise.
