MARINE DISASTERS :- We regret to learn by the Schooners BONESTEEL and JESSE SMITH, arrived from Grand River, Mich. Yesterday, that the Schooners WHIG, HENDERSON, ST. JOSEPH, and H. PARSONS, and one, name unknown, all went ashore at or near the mouth of the Grand River in the gale last week. The HENDERSON is supposed to be a total wreck. -- Milwaukee Sentinal
      ALSO
We learned last evening, from vessels just from Grand River, Mich., that the schooner St. JOSEPH and brig E. K. HENDERSON grounded in entering that river, and that the former is a perfect wreck, and the HENDERSON fast going to pieces. The captain of the schooner J. C. SPENCER reports that there is scarce water enough over the bar of Grand River to allow passage of the lightest draught vessels, and for a time, at least, the trade to that river must close. The crews of the HENDERSON and St. JOSEPH were driven to the rigging, where they remained all night, and had well nigh perished with the cold. -- Chicago Dem.

      . . . . .

We learn from Capt. Henderson that his schooner the E. HENDERSON, which ran on the 'bar' at the mouth of Grand River a fortnight since, has been got off and taken into the river for repair. It will take a month's time, and cost $1,000 to put the schooner in sailing trim again. Milwaukee Sentinal
