COLLISION---SCHOONER HURRICANE AND BRIG TUSCARORA.---We were shown a letter by Capt. Dobbins, on Saturday, which he had just received from Detroit, which states that the schooner HURRICANE had run into the brig TUSCORARO, on Thursday morning at 2 o'clock, off Point Aux Barque, carrying away her bowsprit and skewing her stem, opening her down to her keel. She leaks badly, and her cargo which consisted of corn, will be considerably damaged. The brig was only slightly damaged, and proceeded on her way up. The HURRICANE was towed to Detroit for repairs, and to discharge her cargo. The HURRICANE was bound from Chicago to this port with corn.
