ARABIAN Schooner collided with schooner IOWA on St. Clair Flats.
Total property loss $2,500 (both vessels)

      THE BRIG ARABIAN.---The brig ARABIAN, while being towed down over the
St. Clair Flats, ahead of the schooner IOWA, brought up against a sand bar all standing,
when the IOWA, which was under considerable headway, immediately ran into the
stern of the ARABIAN, and damaged her to the amount of $1,500, it is said breaking
in her taffrail and stern. The damage did not hinder the brig from proceeding forward
