Capt. Dobbins fuurnishes us with the following items: The schr. RACINE is now undergoing thorough repairs in the dry-dock at Chicago, in consequence of damages sustained by collision. The brig CUMBERLAND and schr. SPENCER are also repairing at the same place -- the former in consequence of damages sustained by capsizing.
