ARRIVED FROM BELOW. -- The Chicago Press of the 17th, says:-- The schooner FLORA WATSON arrived from Buffalo on Saturday, with a load of merchandise. In the storm of Friday she sprung a leak and came into the piers with three feet of water in her hold.
