DETROIT Propeller, sprang a leak and damaged cargo. Property loss $1,000

The propeller DETROIT, which came into port on Saturday, sprung a leak on her
way down, and was only kept free by keeping all the pumps going. What damage
her cargo had sustained, was not know on Saturday evening.
