NORTHERNER Steamer, damaged on St.Clair Flats Property loss $200.
      Buffalo Democracy

      The steamer NORTHERNER, bound from Sault Ste Marie to Detroit, was run into
on Saturday night, by some unknown vessel, near St. Clair Flats. Her wheelhouse was
somewhat shattered, but the damage was slight. What damage the vessel sustained
was not known.
