BANNER Brig, slipped anchors and chains in Buffalo Bay. Property loss $750

The brig BANNER, which lay at anchor in the Bay all Sunday and Monday, came into port on Monday night, as soon as the storm abated. The only damage she sustained was the loss of her top-gallant mast.
