A GOOD IDEA. - The Erie Dispatch says: "A vessel captain, who has just skated up from Buffalo to Dunkirk lighthouse, says the Buffalo shippers, in depair of ever getting their vessels out, are taking up a subscription to roof that end of the lake in, for a perpetual ice house."
