THE SUNKEN STEAMER. - The propeller Merchant, sunk at Bar Point, Lake Erie, remains as last reported, save that her situation is slightly more hazardous since getting on the rock. She has become listed well to one side, and the roughness of the weather yesterday should it cause her to roll will beyond a doubt lead to more serious damage. The steamer Magnet, which has the undertaking in hand to raise her, did not get alongside the wreck until yesterday morning, and came to this port yesterday for two additional steam pumps which were considered necessary in getting up the Merchant.
