The schooner SCOTLAND was run afoul of by the schooner CUYAHOGA, in Oswego
harbor, and was dismasted - lost bulwarks and stanchions. The schooner CUYAHOG is
ashore inside of Oswego harbor. She is being lighted off.

Oswego. -- The schooner Cuyahoga with wheat from Chicago, ran into the schooner Scotland, which was lying in the channel, carrying away the masts and part of the bulwarks of the latter, besides doing some other damage to the vessel. The Cuyahoga was somewhat damaged and is leaking.

About 7,000 bushels of wheat in the schooner CUYAHOGA, which vessel was damaged in the harbor yesterday morning, will be saved in good condition. She is being kept remarkably free of water by one of Worthington's pumps, belonging to the North Western Ins. Co.
