PROPELLER steam barge (Propeller ?), DROWNED - from the Barge PROPELLER, on Saturday afternoon, the 20 inst. about 4 miles above Prescott, Isaac Abbot, a young man about 20 years of age, who was doing the duty of cook on board, he accidently fell off the boat while under way, and as he could not swim was drowned before it could be put about. The body has not yet been found.
