Barge LATHROP, of 278 tons. Built Buffalo by F. N. Jones in April of 1856. Owned by Gilchrist & others. Home port, Alpena. Valued at $3,000. Class B 2. Remarks: - Formerly schooner. Repaired '78 and '79.
