      The prop. IRON CITY burst her steam pipe in the Sault Ste. Marie, and was disabled from proceeding on her voyage. The engineer returned to Detroit for assistance.

      The Lake Superior Steamers ILLINOIS and IRON CITY, are both laid up, according to the Cleveland papers, by damage to their machinery - the former at Detroit, and the other in Mud Lake.
