From the Oswego Palladium, of the 2d, we learn that the new vessel J.W. SARGENT, arrived at Oswego on Saturday, from Cleveland, with a load of staves was run into in the Welland Canal by the prop. PRARIE STATE, and had her bow
badly stove in below the deck, and 10 or 12 ft. of her bulwarks carried away.
