New Steamer.

The new steamer Oswego Belle, built at St. Catharines by M. Simpson, for the Bay of Quinte and Oswego Navigation Company, was launched Tuesday. Several of the stockholders in the new line, among whom are D. Andrews and George H. Pope, of Belleville, left home Tuesday to join the new boat at this port.
