METROPOLIS Schooner, ashore on Middle Island, Lake Huron. Got off by Propeller SALVOR. Property loss $6,000.

The wrecking propeller SALVOR, Capt. Harding, arrived in port on Thursday evening, with the schooner METROPOLIS in tow, which she rescued from Middle Island Reef, on Lake Huron.
