MONTGOMERY Propeller, stove stern at Detroit against the dock. Property loss $400

The propeller MONTGOMERY, due here several days ago from Chicago, was obliged to go into dry-dock at Detroit. She stove her stem by running into the dock at the latter port. She had 10,000 bushels wheat for Duncan Stewart.
