The officers of the LEVIATHAN inform us that the schooner JAMES NAVAGH, of Oswego, is ashore, high and dry, 15 miles above Presque Isle. She is completely encased in ice, has only three feet water outside, and nothing can hurt her except a very strong North-easter. The NAVAGH is a brand new vessel, and was on her first trip. -- Detroit Tribune, 30th.
