Oswego, Sept. 26. -- The steamer THOMAS KINGSFORD, of Oswego, during a storm yesterday broke from her moorings at Wellington, a Canadian lake shore dock, and sank in six feet of water after some pounding. Her cargo of 9,400 bushels of barley for Morton, of Owego, is partly wet. She will be raised tomorrow.
