Schooner KATE L. BRUCE, and schooner JOHN WEEDEN collided off Turtle Island, Lake Erie. Property loss $500.

      COLLISION. - The schooners KATE L. BRUCE and J.C. WEEDEN came in collision
Saturday night about one mile below Turtle Island Light. The WEEDEN was going down, loaded, and the BRUCE, coming up, light. The WEEDEN had her rigging, fore and aft,
carried away, and a large part of her rail. The BRUCE had nearly all her head gear taken
off. The WEEDEN put back for repairs, and is now in our harbor. - Toledo Blade.
