MINNESOTA Schooner, and Propeller MAYFLOWER collided off Long Point, Lake Erie. Schooner towed into Erie by the propeller. Property loss $500.

COLLISION - The propeller MAYFLOWER and the lower lakes schooner MINNESOTA collided, says the Express, on Thursday night, in the neighborhood of Long Point. Both vessels were bound up, the latter light. The propeller struck the schooner on the starboard side, between the main and fore-rigging, cutting her through. She was taken in tow by the MAYFLOWER, and towed into Erie, and was brought to this port in tow of the propeller CONCORD, where she will be repaired.
