ACCIDENT TO THE WABASH VALLEY. - The propeller WABASH VALLEY, of the Green Bay Line, broke her shaft on her way to that port, at four o'clock last Sunday morning, when ten miles below Point aux Barques. She lay at anchor until five o'clock in the evening, when she was taken in tow by the little steamer SURVEYOR, of the U. S.
Topographical Service, and brought to Forestville, from whence she was towed to Bark Shanty by the SAM WARD, aided by the tug REINDEER, Capt. Keeler. From the latter point she was towed by the REINDEER here, having arrived this morning. A new shaft and wheel will be forwarded from Buffalo. - Detroit Tribune.

The Detroit Tribune understands that the propeller WABASH VALLEY, now lying at that port disabled, is the propeller which collided with the tug EXPERIMENT, in the river, about ten days since, causing much damage to the latter vessel.
