      The Detroit Advertiser of yesterday says.- The steamboat ARROW has been chartered by Capt. Anderson, Marine Inspector of Buffalo, to go to the relief of the schooner FIDELITY, before reported ashore near Rondeau, Lake Erie. She left yesterday morning with the necessary apparatus and a sufficient force of men to get her off, if possible.
