Schooner St. JAMES, when being towed out of Chicago, collided with the Schooner THOMAS KINGSFORD, bound in, damage to the former $200, and to the latter $35.

COLLISION. - The schooner St. JAMES, for Buffalo with a cargo of corn, while being towed out of the harbor of Chicago collided with the schooner KINGSFORD, bound in, carrying away the jib-boom and head gear of the former vessel, making it necessary for her to return to port to repair damages.

      The schr. St. JAMES, hence for Buffalo with a cargo of corn, while being towed out of the harbor last evening, collised with the schr. KINGSFORD, bound in, carrying away the jibboom, bow and head gear of the former vessel, making it necessary for her to return to port to repair damages. She now lies at Sturges dock, near Rush St. bridge.
