DISPATCH Propeller, broke machinery on River St.Clair.

The tug DISPATCH, with a tow of vessels, bound down, broke her eccentric
strap in Lake St. Clair on Friday afternoon. She came on to this city with one
vessel, leaving the others to take care of themselves. She will be detained
here one day for repairs.
