Welland Canal Notice

Masters of vessels and others using the Welland Canal, will please acquaint the subscriber, (either personally or by leaving a memorandum at this office) with any negligence on the part of the Lock Tenders, in discharging their duty; As also with the cause of any delay they may experience in passing through the Canal - in order, as far as possible, that every just ground of complaint may be prosecuted or removed.
