      . . . . .

COLLISION. -- The propeller BUCKEYE, which arrived yesterday, had her stem badly damaged by colliding with a vessel in tow of a tug on Lake Huron, on Sunday night. The captain did not know the name of the vessel, but we see by the Detroit papers that the schooner EMPEROR, while being towed to that port for repairs, by the tug OSWEGO, was run into by an unknown propeller. This was probably the vessel with which the BUCKEYE collided. -- Milwaukee Sentinel.
