SUNK. -- We learn that the schooner BEN FLINT, having on board a cargo of wheat, struck on the Cleveland pier last evening and immediately sunk. We have no further particulars.
later. -- By a dispatch from Cleveland we learn that the schooner FREMONT, with 14,000 bushels wheat for Buffalo sank in the river last night. The schooner BEN FLINT with a cargo of wheat for Buffalo, is ashore west of the pier, full of water. Both hulls and the FREMONT's cargo are insured in Buffalo.

Capt. Berryman of the Buffalo Mutual Insurance Co. is at work in raising the schooner BEN FLINT, which is sunk at Cleveland. He has saved 2,500 bushels of her wheat in a dry condition, and has got out 9,000 bushels wet, which he put on board the schooner D. NEWHALL, and was towed here yesterday afternoon by the propeller MARY STEWART, and is now being olaced in the drying houses. Capt. B. telegraphed for the Home Holley pump, which was sent last night by the propeller FOUNTAIN CITY. This with three Worthington pumps now aboard, will probably be sufficient to float her.
