The Launch. - The new tug "J.H. Bloore," was launched yesterday afternoon, as we announced. Every thing went off pleasantly, and a large number of persons were present. As the vessel went into the water, she careened considerable, for want of ballast, and one gentleman on board plunged into the river, in fright. He was immediately picked up, however. She is a very staunch and pretty craft, and will make a splurge in our harbor, as she has a powerful engine and a boiler to match.
