New Forwarding And Commission House. - The old established Forwarding and Commission house of Bronson & Crocker, which has been in full blast in this city for twenty-five years past, and is almost universally known, has finally dissolved, and given place to a new and younger firm. The old house has been succeeded by Messrs. M. Bronson and S.V. Fort, both young, energetic and experienced men.
They have long been connected with the house of Bronson & Crocker, and have served a faithful term of probation in the routing of commercial operations, and are thoroughly familiar with the commerce and business of the Lakes and the Canals. They bring with them in their new enterprise well established reputation for honor, commercial sagacity, and experience, derived from responsible and arduous trusts reposed in them by their predecessors. It is a gratifying duty to introduce them upon the active and responsible field of future action - a field from which we hope they may reap a prolific harvest of prosperity.
