Steamer EMPRESS, collided with the steamer PASSPORT on Lake Ontario.

      Toronto, July 24. - The steamers PASSPORT and EMPRESS collided this morning near Kingston. Both were considerably injured and were towed into Kingston with great difficulty. No lives lost.
