A WRECK GOT UP. - The old schooner Citizen, which was wrecked early in the season inside the harbor at Fairport, Ohio, and has been a detriment to the navigation since that time, has been raised and got out of the way. Important aid was rendered by the United States steamer Commodore Perry, Lieut. Ottinger, from the beginning of the work. The vessel has broken up and is of little value.
