      . . . . .

THE CORORADO AND CREAM CITY. - The two barks which were dismasted some days since on Lake Michigan arrived down yesterday. The COLORADO and CREAM CITY. The former passed down at an early hour in the morning in tow of the PRINDIVILLE, with the loss of her foremast and portions of her top-hamper and light spars thereto belonging. The CREAM CITY, which arrived here at noon in tow of the tug MICHIGAN, was in a seriously crippled condition, and her loss will ammount to several thousand dollars. She took her departure from the port of Milwaukee on the 18th, inst., bound for Buffalo, and on the following day, while rolling
tremendously in a heavy sea, her foremast went by the board, taking with it both main and mizzen masts, and everything thereto belonging. The mass of wreck clinging to the side of the vessel had necessarily to be cut away, in order to save the vessel from going on the beach. She was afterwards towed into the Manitous by the propeller IOWA, and from thence to this port by the MICHIGAN, which latter steamer proceeded on to Buffalo with her last evening. - Detroit Free Press.
