The Owen Sound Advertiser is informed that a new propeller will be launched on the afternoon of the 14th. This makes the third steam vessel built on the river - the O--- (unreadable), the Frances Smith, and the City of Owen Sound. We learned most of the flags will be ready by that time and will gayly furl in the breeze when the City makes her plunge into her future element. Long may she sail, and be prosperous.
