Another steamboat company has been organized in this town, composed principally of business men. The capital, we believe, has been fixed at $100,000. The first boat of the line is to be ready on the opening of navigation, and is to be built by Mr. M. Simpson. She is to be of full canal capacity, and to be fitted up to the best style.
