MILLS, M.J. Propeller Tug, broke her shaft in Detroit River; towed to port.

      The tug M.I. MILLS broke her shaft thursday morning (7/20) when near Sandwich Point with 3 vessels in tow. The MARTIN towed the MILLS to Campbell & Owen's drydock, Detroit and proceeded up the river with the tow.
