Propeller SCOTIA, sprang a leak on Lake Michigan; threw over 700 bbls. of pork, and got into Chicago badly damaged.

DISASTERS. - The Chicago Tribune of Friday says: ....."The propeller SCOTIA was obliged to throw overboard 700 bbls of beef, and return to this port....."
