Another Canal Boat

Notice is hereby given, that a Meeting of the friends of the Welland Canal, will be held at the Merchants' Exchange, in this Village, on the evening of Monday the 22d inst. for the purpose of taking into consideration the expediency of building a Packet Boat, to run between this village and Port Dalhousie.

Proposals for building the said Boat, (with a plan) will be received on the same evening from anyone desposed to contract for completing it by the 22d of March.
