Niagara Ship Canal - The report of Mr. Grant, from the committee on roads and canals, with which the bill hitherto published by us, for the construction of a ship canal around Niagara Falls, was introduced in the House of Representatives, will be found on the first page of this paper. The ability and force with which the importance and necessity of the work is urged in the report, under the new aspect of our relations with Great Britain, and the conclusive arguments advanced in its favour, cannot fail of engaging the attention of the congress and country. - Oswego Her.
